West Oaks offers a variety of frozen meat selections in our store including Beef, Pork, and Lamb all born and raised on our farm here in Frederick County, Va. Most proud of our beef, our farm is a cow-calf operation meaning we breed our herds through both AI and naturally. We specialize in Angus-Simmental cross, two breeds known well for their prime marbling and flavor, along with excellent genetics. Aside from the heifers we keep back in our herd, most of our beef cattle are sold to finishing producers after weaning age, and we retain our best steers to be slaughtered locally at Gores Processing in Edinburg, VA for sale in our store.
